Smarter Processing provides experienced accounting and transaction-processing support to overburdened accounting firms.
As the business prepared for growth, it faced two challenges: negative perceptions within the industry and fragmented sales and communication tools. The brand needed to clearly demonstrate trustworthiness and quality, while also simplifying how the business engaged prospective clients and talent.
I led brand and digital design across the project, shaping a clear brand foundation and digital tools to support credibility, sales efficiency, and long-term growth.

The brand system was built around a central idea: businesses achieve more when they don’t work alone.
Through alignment workshops, we clarified Smarter Processing’s audiences, positioning, and trajectory, resulting in a clear brand philosophy focused on partnership, resilience, and shared success. This thinking informed both verbal and visual identity.
A restrained visual system was developed to signal professionalism and trust. Logo, colour, typography, and a supporting graphic pattern were designed as modular components, with the pattern visually expressing partnership and interdependence. Clear guidelines ensured the system could scale consistently across marketing and sales touchpoints.







The brand system was applied across both public-facing and sales-led digital experiences.
A focused one-page website was designed to clearly communicate Smarter Processing’s value, supported by copyediting and Calendly integration to streamline enquiries and bookings. In parallel, an interactive, password-protected online capability statement was developed to support the sales process.
Moving this document online allowed for easy updates, controlled sharing, and a more engaging experience than a traditional PDF — reinforcing the brand’s professionalism at key decision points.
The result is a consistent, credible brand presence supported by practical digital tools that enable growth.
