Love + Respect is a leadership and culture consultancy helping organisations build healthier, more respectful workplaces. Their work deals with complex, sensitive topics — leadership behaviour, accountability, and change — so the brand needed to feel calm, credible and human, without losing authority.
They approached us to create a brand and website that could support their workshops, programs and thought leadership, while feeling approachable enough to invite conversation rather than judgement.
Our role was to define a clear brand system and translate it into a flexible, content-driven website that could grow with the business.

We developed a restrained visual language built around clarity and balance. Typography plays a central role, creating hierarchy and rhythm without unnecessary embellishment. Spacing, alignment and consistency were treated as core brand tools rather than decoration.
The colour palette is neutral and grounded, allowing content and messaging to lead. Accent colours are used sparingly to guide attention and support readability, not to dominate the experience.
Clear typography was essential. The type system was chosen for legibility, warmth and versatility across long-form reading, short insights and structured frameworks. Consistent application across headings, body copy and UI elements helps reduce cognitive load and creates a calm reading experience.
Across the system, we worked to a small set of principles:
This ensured the brand felt credible to senior leaders while remaining accessible to broader audiences.

The website was designed as a content platform first — not a brochure. Pages are structured to help users quickly understand Love + Respect’s approach, then go deeper where needed.
The “How We Help” section breaks down services into clear, scannable modules, making it easy for organisations to understand what’s on offer without feeling overwhelmed. Layouts are flexible, allowing new services, insights and programs to be added over time without redesign.
We built reusable components for insights, frameworks and service explanations, giving the Love + Respect team a simple way to publish and evolve content while maintaining brand consistency. The system was designed to scale across future workshops, resources and digital touchpoints. By keeping the brand disciplined and modular, Love + Respect can grow their offering without fragmenting their identity.
