Formiqa is an AI and automation consultancy helping organisations align systems, reduce operational friction, and accelerate delivery.

The challenge was to position Formiqa as a strategic partner — not a tools-led vendor — in a crowded and rapidly evolving technology landscape. The brand needed to communicate technical depth while remaining accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

I led brand and digital design across the project, shaping the visual system and digital experience to translate complex automation concepts into a clear, confident brand foundation.

Brand System

The brand system was designed to express structure, intelligence, and motion — reflecting how automation brings clarity and momentum to complex environments.

A modular visual language was developed using restrained typography, a focused colour palette, and abstract forms that suggest flow, connectivity, and transformation. These elements work together as a flexible system, capable of scaling across brand, digital, and marketing touchpoints without losing coherence.

Rather than relying on literal representations of technology, the system uses abstraction to signal sophistication and strategic thinking.

Rollout

The brand system was rolled out across key digital and physical touchpoints, with the website designed as a functional extension of the system.

The digital experience prioritises clarity and hierarchy, helping visitors quickly understand Formiqa’s services, approach, and value. Modular sections and consistent components reinforce the underlying system while allowing content to evolve as the business grows.

The rollout extended into presentations, marketing assets, and environmental applications, providing Formiqa with a cohesive, future-ready brand presence.
