Connect Staffing operates across healthcare, aged care, and hospitality, supporting both employers and job seekers through flexible workforce solutions.
As the business grew nationally, it was operating under two separate brands — creating inefficiencies, diluting awareness, and limiting its ability to scale. The objective was to align the organisation around a single, unified brand foundation that could support growth across sectors and audiences.
I led brand and digital design across the project, working closely with the Connect team to translate strategic direction into a cohesive brand system and digital experience.

The work focused on creating a clear, flexible identity system grounded in a strong strategic idea: championing flexible work as a benefit for both employees and employers.
The system brought together verbal and visual identity — including brand voice principles, messaging structure, and a visual language designed to build trust and credibility. Logo, colour, typography, and a distinctive motif built from overlapping forms were developed as modular components, visually expressing the balance between flexibility and stability.
Clear guidelines and practical templates ensured the system could be applied consistently and confidently by internal teams as the business scaled.



The brand system was rolled out across key digital and physical touchpoints, with the website designed as a functional extension of the system.
The new site clearly communicates Connect’s value to its two core audiences through structured content, clear wayfinding, and dedicated pathways for employers and job seekers. Simplified application flows and focused layouts prioritise clarity, credibility, and conversion.
The rollout extended into branded collateral and templates, built for day-to-day use across the organisation. Designed to scale nationally, the system enables Connect to present a consistent, confident brand as the business continues to grow.
