BAC Partners is a consultancy supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams through technology-led customer experience.
As the business evolved, their brand and website no longer reflected the quality or maturity of their work. The goal was to create a clear, scalable brand foundation that could support growth and ongoing use across the business.
I led brand and digital design across the project, working alongside a business partner who facilitated brand strategy workshops and copy development.

The work centred on designing a flexible identity system, rather than a single visual expression.
Typography, colour, layout, and iconography were developed as modular components that could scale across brand, marketing, and digital environments. The system balances structure and clarity with approachability, avoiding an overly corporate feel while maintaining credibility.
Every element was designed to work together as a repeatable system, enabling consistency without rigidity.



The brand system was applied across digital and marketing touchpoints, with the website designed as a functional extension of the system rather than a standalone deliverable.
Built in Webflow, the site is low-maintenance and integrates with HubSpot to support sales and marketing workflows, giving teams better visibility into enquiries and engagement.
The result is a confident, practical brand and digital presence that the team can continue to build on as the business grows.
